Meet the Photographer!
Hello, and welcome! I am a twenty-one year old New England Portrait & Event Photographer based in Barrington, New Hampshire. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been taking photos; starting with me stealing my Mom’s old point-and-shoots when she wasn’t looking & clicking away at things within my reach, household items, family members, or flowers in my yard. Sooner or later, I received a little digital toy camera of my own… and the rest was history! The results weren’t always the best looking (especially in the beginning), but as time continued, my interest grew. By June 2019, I felt that I couldn’t wait any longer & began constructing this website in an effort to make my passion a long-term career.
During my time as a student at Oyster River High School, I completely poured all of myself into my art classes. The environment that the Art Department provided for me in the midst of the craziness that is high school allowed me to think more about my future with photography. I could never imagine myself as an adult doing anything else with my life other than creating art… so I took as many classes as humanly possible, & surely enough, with each class period I began to feel much more confident that photography was going to be something very consistent throughout my life. The entire process from start to finish brings me indescribable joy, and has definitely helped me to find my purpose in life.
In Summer 2019, I created Kaila Lambiasi Photography in preparation for the Class of 2020! I finally had a camera to work with; and at this point I had known for a while that photography was what I wanted to pursue after school. Senior Portrait Photography was a great introduction to portrait photography work & learning the ropes of business management. I knew I wanted to give my friends & classmates an opportunity to receive a thorough and priceless senior photo session; so I did exactly that! That season, I had 9 seniors from Oyster River High School, Dover High School, and Coe-Brown Northwood Academy allow me the honor of capturing their senior portraits for their yearbooks. It felt so gratifying! From then on, I knew I had to keep going and continue developing this long-time interest of mine into something greater. Since beginning my business immediately after graduating high school, I have been accepted to attend Plymouth State University & participate in their undergraduate Art and Design program beginning in Fall 2023. And here we are! I am now offering all portrait photography services: senior sessions, family sessions, event photography inquiries, and more.
